Kitchen remodels from Chesapeake Beach and Huntingtown down to Prince Frederick, Lusby, and Solomons — cabinets, countertops, tile, and full redesigns, with county and town permits handled. Veterans & active duty military: 10% off, up to $1,000. Mention it at your estimate.
Calvert County runs north to south along the Chesapeake Bay, and we remodel kitchens along the whole length of it — Chesapeake Beach, North Beach, Dunkirk, Huntingtown, Prince Frederick, St. Leonard, Lusby, and Solomons. Projects range from a cabinet and countertop update to taking out a wall so the kitchen opens to the living room.
Near the water, some projects carry extra rules. Maryland's Chesapeake Bay Critical Area covers land within 1,000 feet of tidal water, and work that adds to a home's footprint there — a kitchen bump-out or an addition — gets additional review. A remodel that stays inside the existing walls generally isn't affected, but we check your lot before planning any expansion.
For cabinets we install KraftMaid, Thomasville, American Woodmark, Wellborn, Diamond, Fabuwood, and MasterBrand, and we order fixtures and hardware through Build.com.
Calvert County permits are handled by Inspections & Permits, part of the Department of Planning & Zoning, at 150 Main Street in Prince Frederick. Applications go in through the county's Encompass online portal, and electrical and plumbing/gas work each have their own permit category alongside the building permit.
If your home is in Chesapeake Beach or North Beach, the county asks homeowners to check the town's requirements first — both are incorporated towns with rules of their own. We take care of that step so the county application goes in complete.
