From master bath gut-jobs to powder room refreshes, we handle every detail: tile, plumbing coordination, vanities, lighting, and accessories. Our team works around your schedule to minimize disruption.
A typical bathroom remodel takes 1–3 weeks. A full master bathroom gut-and-rebuild typically takes 2–4 weeks. Smaller powder rooms can be done in 5–7 business days.
It depends mostly on the size of the room and your finishes. A standard 5x8 hall bath runs about $12,000 with builder-grade finishes, $20,000 mid grade and $40,000 high end.
Yes. We coordinate licensed plumbing and electrical subcontractors as part of our full-service approach. You have one point of contact — Davis Construction — throughout the entire project.
We'll do our best to source matching materials. Through our suppliers — Daltile, Build.com, and others — we have access to thousands of tile options. We'll help you find the closest match or recommend a complementary upgrade.
It depends on the county and the work. Moving plumbing or electrical, or changing walls or structure, needs a permit. We check with your county for your exact project and pull any permit it needs.
Not for a full remodel. $5,000 to $10,000 usually covers a builder-grade tub-to-shower conversion.
It's a common guideline that a renovation shouldn't cost more than about 30% of your home's value, so you don't over-improve for your neighborhood. Separately, Maryland law caps a contractor's deposit at one-third of the contract price, and we take one-third at signing.
