These are the prices we charge for new decks in St. Mary’s, Charles and Calvert County. Every price includes labor, materials, hardware, permits, footings, tearing out your old deck, haul-away and dump fees. They’re starting prices for a standard deck. Your final price comes at the free estimate, after we see your yard and your house.
Composite comes in three grades. Basic uses Fiberon Good Life boards. Mid grade and high end use Trex or TimberTech. Standard white vinyl railings, a single picture frame and breaker boards are included at every grade.

Repairs vary too much from deck to deck to list a price. We price them at the free estimate after we see the damage.
